Shipping Policy

At R&M Haven Co., we work to process orders as quickly as possible and provide clear shipping updates once your order is on the way.

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after they are placed. Processing time means the time needed to confirm the order, prepare it for fulfillment, and send it to the appropriate shipping carrier or fulfillment partner. Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST will begin processing the same business day.

Some items may ship directly from our suppliers or fulfillment partners, including domestic or international fulfillment locations. Because of this, delivery times may vary by item, supplier, destination, shipping method, and carrier.

We offer free standard shipping on all items.

The typical delivery timeframe is 7 to 15 business days after processing. In some cases, items may arrive sooner. During high-volume periods, holidays, weather delays, customs processing, or carrier delays, delivery may take longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number when available so you can follow your package.

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages or at different times depending on the supplier or fulfillment location.
