Return & Refund Policy

At R&M Haven Co., we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, please contact us so we can help.

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery by emailing support@rmhavenco.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Returns must be approved before being sent back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Photos may be requested.

Final sale items, gift cards, personal care items, custom items, and intimate apparel are not eligible for return.

We do not offer direct exchanges. A new order must be placed for a different item.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

For EU customers, orders shipped to the European Union may be canceled or returned within 14 days in accordance with applicable laws.
